Thread the control horn on the elevator torque rod until the top
of the horn is fl ush with the end of the torque rod. Make sure
the screw head that secures the ball end is facing toward the
tip of the stabilizer so it can be easily removed later during
the construction of your model.
Drehen Sie das Ruderhorn auf den Höhenruderarm bis das
obere Ende bündig mit dem Arm ist. Bitte achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass der Schraubenkopf der den Ruderhebel sichert
nach außen zeigt, so dass er später problemlos entfernt
werden kann.
Vissez le renvoi de commande sur la tige de commande
du stabilisateur, l’extrémité de la tige de commande doit
tangenter le haut du renvoi. Contrôlez que la tête de la
vis de l’articulation du renvoi est orientée vers l’extrémité
du stabilisateur, afi n de pouvoir facilement démonter
l’articulation durant l’assemblage du modèle.

Slide the stabilizer tube into the stabilizer tube socket.

Use a drill and #43 drill bit to drill a hole through one side of
the stabilizer tube. Use care not to drill completely through the
stabilizer tube.

nicht ganz durch das Röhrchen zu bohren.
Utilisez un foret #43 (2.26mm) pour percer un trou d’un côté

Carefully cut threads in the tube using a 4-40 tap.

Thread the screw into the hole, securing the stabilizer tube in
the stabilizer. It may be necessary to shorten the screw using
a rotary tool and cut-off wheel if the screw bottoms out on the
tube.
Drehen Sie die Schraube zur Sicherung des
Leitwerksverbinders in das Loch. Es könnte notwendig sein,
diese mit einem Drehschleifer zu kürzen wenn sich die
Schraube durchdrückt.
Vissez la vis pour fi xer la clé dans le stabilisateur. Il sera peut
être nécessaire de raccourcir la vis si son extrémité touche
l’autre côté du tube.
Avvitare una vite nel foro, fi ssando il tubo nello stabilizzatore.
Potrebbe essere necessario accorciare la vite con un attrezzo
adatto.
