Lower the master fader of the VS-890 to the minimum

position.

Connect instruments and microphones to the INPLIT jacks.

Microphone

In order to record the

electric guitar with the best

possible sound quality,

please use an active type

guitar. Alternatively, use a

direct box (such as the

BOSS DI-1) or a compact

type effect unit.

In this case, the compact

effect unit will be used to

lower the impedance.

When you do not want to

use an effect provided by a

compact effects unit, have

its

power switched on,

and the effect switched
off

(THRU status).
