3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper,

or Szechuan peppercorns

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon oil

4 scallions (white part only), thinly sliced

1« Combine the sauces, water; cornstarch, pepper;

garlic powder, and shrimp.

Preheat the Griddle to high.

Cook the scallions in the oil for 1 minute.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade and
reserve the liquid.

J * Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes, or until they

are pink.

sauce begins to thicken, about 1 minute.
