An Indian dish that is perfect for dinner, as an appetizer, or for a
light lunch with a salad.

small onion, chopped

clove garlic, crushed

pound crab meat

cup coconut

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon curry powder

teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

tablespoons lemon juice

(8 ounce) canister buttermilk biscuits,
rolled into 8 balls

Spray the Griddle with cooking oil spray.

Switch the Press on and preheat the Griddle

to high.

Press the dough balls 2 or 3 times holding
down for 20 seconds each time, until they

form 6-inch rounds and are nicely browned.

Cook the onion and the garlic for 1 minute.

Add the crab meat and the coconut and cook
30 seconds.

Combine the remaining ingredients, except the
biscuits, and stir into the mixture on the Griddle.
Cook for 1 minute.
