Vs cup Thai fish sauce

12 ounces lean trimmed sirloin steak,

cut in Yz-inch thick strips

Vb cup spicy Thai peanut satay sauce

peanut sauce.

I * Preheat the Griddle to high.

Remove the meat from the marinade. Discard
marinade.

Pan-fry the meat for 2 minutes per side or until

well browned.

Remove the meat from the Griddle and add the
peanut sauce. Heat 30 seconds.
