recipe Corn Tortilla dough (page 21)

2-3 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon seasoned salt, popcorn

seasoning, or cheese-flavored powder

Make the Corn Tortilla dough as directed in the
recipe.

Press as directed but

do not bake

on the

Griddle. Preheat the Griddle to high.

Sprinkle both sides of the tortillas with desired
seasoning.

Cut each pressed tortilla into 4 wedges with a
sharp knife or a pizza cutter.

Heat the oil on the Griddle for 1 minute.

: Cook for 1 minute per side or until lightly

browned. Fry as many chips as possible at one

time. Drain on absorbent paper towels. Serve
hot or cool on a rack.
