The subtle flavor of the Naan blends with the bold flavor of this
dish. Whether you spread some cooked rice on the Naan and

spoon some of the shrimp and the tasty sauce on top or eat the
bread alone, they are a perfect match.

pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined

3 scallions (white part only), chopped

i clove garlic, crushed

1 recipe prepared Naan, warmed (page 30)

Combine the seasonings, sugar, fish sauce,
coconut milk, and shrimp.

I::: Prehoat the Griddle to high. Spray the Griddle

with cooking oil spray.

Cook the scallions and garlic for 1 minute.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade and
reserve the liquid.

Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes, or until they
are pink.
