No broadcast addressing will be used.

If a group address is required, but no
groups are available, broadcast
addressing will be used. A subnet
broadcast will be used if possible;

used.
2 lcaBroadcastAlways
Broadcast addressing will be used in all
cases. A subnet broadcast will be used,
if possible; otherwise, a domain
broadcast will be used.
cdtObject The ConnectDescTemplate object to be
acted on.
