Summary Indicates whether the ServiceType is configurable .
Availability Local, full, and lightweight clients.

flagValue A Boolean value indicating whether
the ServiceType property can be
changed using the
ConnectDescTemplate object.
TRUE. The ServiceType property
may be changed using
ConnectDescTemplate object .
FALSE. The ServiceType property
may not be changed using
ConnectDescTemplate object .

acted on.
