Modem Page
When you are using Windows 95, you must upgrade your TAPI system using
the program TapiUpdate.exe before using a modem connection. This page
offers four options that allow you to select a modem or GSM modem for use
to call the monitor system.
Modem Specifies the type of modem to be used.
The list of available modems is obtained
from the operating system, so please
ensure that your modem drivers have
been correctly installed and configured.
Number Loads the telephone number of the station.
Baud rate Sets the communications baud rate. It is
fixed in the monitor system, usually 9600.
Call every Sets the frequency that calls are made to
the monitor system to gather real time
data.
