Step 5 Set the access right of the users and groups.
Pay attention to the following points:
 When the access right of the groups are set while the access right of
the users are not set, the access right of the users are subject to the
access right of the groups.
 When the access right of the groups are not set while the access right
of the users are not set, the access right of the users are subject to the
set access right of the users.
 When the access right of the users and groups are set, the read-write
authority is first.
