Select Enable streaming check box. You can select or clear Optimize for server
check box based on the requirements. The Optimize for server check box is not
selected by default, namely, not optimizing the server.
 Click OK to convert the format.
Note: Converting the self-contained mov file to the streaming mp4 file costs more time
than converting to the mov file. In addition, the quality of the movie sources is more
excellent. The lower capacity of the PC costs more time. Moreover, when the file is
distributed in streaming mode after the conversion, the quality of the video is affected.
