2: Internal cooling management disabled (cooling must be done manually via HPI controls in
this case)

Controlling Fan Speed via Linux Example Program

If the internal cooling management is switched off, you can control the fan speed via the Linux
example tool hpifan. Its usage is described in the following.

Description

Sets the fan speed for all fans of a specified domain.

hpifan [-h] [-d domain_id] [-s fan_speed_level]
