Video problems

The picture level modulates at a
particular frequency.

There is excessive hum riding on
the video input signal.

Check the video input signal for
excessive hum.

In stop mode the still-play
video shows some motion jitter.

Two fields are displayed in still
play mode.

Switch the still-play mode
setting to Field.

On HD-00 models, the
loopback video displays
erratically moving green lines.

K2 Media Client is not locked to
a video reference. It must be
locked to a video reference and
loop-back videos must be
synchronous to the video
reference for the loop-back
feature to work properly.

Lock the K2 Media Client to a
video reference.
