Plug and Play installation
The Initio INI-9100U/9100UW host adapter has been designed to take
advantage of plug and play specifications and simplify installation. This once
complex task is accomplished in the host adapter with on-board read only
memory (ROM), that provides the necessary configuration mechanism for
installation and booting without user intervention in PCI plug and play
compliant systems.

PCI Compatibility The PCI Bus is a 32-bit bus with multiplexed
address and data lines. The INI-9100U/9100UW
meets PCI bus protocol, electrical and mechanical
specifications.
Plug and Play The INI-9100U/9100UW host adapter has on-board
read only memory (ROM) to provide the necessary
configuration mechanisms for installation,
