A0590 Alarm, no signals from the speed encoder

Cause

-

no speed encoder signals

-

inverter has changed-over to encoderless vector control.

Diagnosis & Remedy

Stop the inverter, and
-

check the speed encoder, if an encoder is not being used, set P0400 to 0 and select the sensorless
closed-loop vector control mode (P1300 = 20 or 22)

-

check the encoder connections

-

check whether the encoder is operating correctly (set P1300 = 0 and operate the drive at a fixed speed
and check the encoder signal in r0061

-

increase the permissible speed deviation in P0492

A0600 RTOS data loss alarm

Cause

-

time slice overflow was identified

use lower baud rate for USS

-

de-activate inverter functions
