Refitting the headlight mask with the headlight (EXC-R bEU, EXC-RbAUS/UK, EXC-RbSIXbDAYS, EXC-RbUSA,
XCR-W bZA)

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Connect the electric plug connector b  .

ದ Position the headlight mask and fix it with the rubber band b  .

Take care with the contact of the holding lug at the fender.
ದ Position the brake line and cable harness. Put the clamp on, mount and tighten
screw

ದ Check the headlamp setting.

Dismount the start number plate (XCR-W bUSA)

ದ Remove screw b  and take off clamp.
ದ Remove screw b  with distance bushing. Remove the start number plate.

Fitting the start number plate (XCR-W bUSA)

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Position the start number plate. Fit and tighten screw b  with distance bushing.
Specification
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 bNm (7.4blbfbft)

On the upper triple clamp, there are 2 holes at a distance of b to each other.
Distance b between holes 15 bmm (0.59bin)
The holes on the handlebar support are placed at a distance of b  from the center.
Distance b  between holes 3.5 bmm (0.138bin)
The handlebar supports can be mounted in 4 different positions.

The handlebar supports can also be mounted at 2 different heights (with and with-
out spacer).
Thick spacer 9 bmm (0.35bin)
