Position the left and right handlebar supports evenly.
ದ Fit the rubber cones b and clamp bar b .
ದ Fit the lower shells b  .
ದ Position the handlebar.
Info
Make sure cables and wiring are positioned correctly.
ದ Position the handlebar clamps b  with rubber washers b  and elastomers b  .
Elastomer kit green - soft quality b(SXS05125203)
Elastomer kit yellow - medium quality (standard) b(SXS05125204)
Elastomer kit red - hard quality b(SXS05125205)

The elastomeres are available in different versions.
ದ Fit and evenly tighten the four screws b  .

Make sure the gap width is even.

ದ The two gas Bowden cables must run parallel behind the handlebar down to the
frame. They must be routed directly on the frame above the tank bearing to the car-
buretor.
