Fitting the main silencer

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Mount the main silencer. Mount and tighten screws b  .
Specification
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 bNm (7.4blbfbft)
ದ Reconnect spring b  .

Dismounting the air filter box lid

ದ Pull off the air filter box lid in area b to the side and remove to the front.

Installing the air filter box lid

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Insert the air filter box lid into the rear area b and clip it into the front area b  .

Engine failure ಘUnfiltered intake air has a negative effect on the service life of the engine.
ದ Never ride the vehicle without an air filter since dust and dirt can get into the engine and result in increased wear.
Warning
Environmental hazard ಘProblem materials cause environmental damage.
ದ Dispose of oil, grease, filters, fuel, cleaning substances, brake fluid, batteries, etc. according to regulations.
ದ Dismount the air filter box lid. ( P. 74)

ದ Hang the air filter holder b  out to the bottom and swing it to the side. Remove the
air filter with the air filter support.
ದ Remove the air filter from the air filter support.
