Removing a fuse
ದ Switch off all power-consuming components and switch off the engine.
ದ Dismount the air filter box lid. ( P. 74)

ದ Remove the protection cover b  .
Info
The fuse b  is located in the starter relay b  under the filter box cover.
ದ Remove the fuse b  .

Replacing the fuse
Warning
Fire hazard ಘThe electrical system can be overloaded by the use of incorrect fuses.
ದ Use only fuses with the prescribed amperage. Never by-pass or repair fuses.

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
Info
A reserve fuse b  is located in the starter relay.
Replace a burned-out fuse b  only by an equivalent fuse.
ದ Refit the fuse.

If the new fuse burns out, contact an authorized KTM workshop.
ದ Replace the protection cover.
ದ Install the air filter box lid. ( P. 74)
 
Removing the seat

ದ Remove screw b  . Lift up the seat at the rear, pull it back and then remove from
above.
 
Mounting the seat

ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Hook the front of the seat into the flange adapter of the fuel tank, lower the rear of
the seat and simultaneously push it forwards.
ದ Make sure that the seat is correctly locked in.
ದ Mount and tighten the screw of the seat fixing.

Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 bNm (7.4blbfbft)
