ದ Stand the vehicle upright.
ದ Place a suitable container under the water pump cover.
ದ Remove screw b  . Remove the radiator cap b  .
ದ Completely drain the coolant.
ದ Fit screw b  with a new seal and tighten it.

ದ Avoid contact between coolants and skin, eyes and clothing. If fuel gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and
contact a doctor. Wash affected skin areas immediately with soap and water. If coolant is swallowed, contact a doctor im-
mediately. Change clothes that have come into contact with coolants. Keep coolants out of the reach of children.

ದ Make sure that the screw b  is tightened.
ದ Stand the vehicle upright.
ದ Pour coolant in up to measurement b above the radiator fins.

ದ Refit the radiator cap.
ದ Make a short test ride.
ದ Check the coolant level. ( P. 72)

Glass fiber yarn filling of main silencer
The main silencer is filled with glass fiber yarn.
Over a period, the fibers of the insulating material vanish into the air, and the silencer "burns out".
Not only is the noise level higher, the performance characteristic changes.

Removing main silencer

Danger of burns ಘThe exhaust system gets very hot when the vehicle is driven.
ದ Allow the exhaust system to cool down. Do not touch hot components.

ದ Disconnect spring b  .
ದ Remove screws b  and take off main silencer.
