The current skill statuses to which the agent is assigned are displayed as follows:
1 Log in agent
Click this button to log in as agent.
2 Log off agent
Click this button to log off as agent.
3 Agent in wrap up time
Button displays the wrap up time defined by your system administrator.
Click this button to end the wrap up time prematurely.
4 Activate pause
Click this button to activate pause.
5 Deactivate pause
Click this button to deactivate pause.
Agent logged on Agent available
Agent ringing Agent busy
Agent on pause Agent in wrap up mode
Calls waiting Skill active
