Poll Repetion - Presents a text box for entering a time value.
Power Control - Presents a menu with two options: Adaptive power control and Fixed Tx

A.16.3 CATC_CreateConnectionExt
This command supports TCI functionality that requires BTTrainer to be connected as a
master device to the IUT. This command will initiate a baseband connection process and
perform the test defined by the parameters.
Parameters
Packet Type - Presents a menu of Packet types.
Packet Length - Enter a value in bytes.
