Adds a new user to the user database.

Description:
Removes a new user to the user database.

delete george
add Adds a new user.
delete Deletes a new user.
clearall Removes all existing user IDs from the system.
set Sets a password for a user.
show Displays the current user database configuration.
save Saves the configuration to system flash.

add Adds a new user ID <userid> and password <passwd> string to the user database.
