measurement setting.

Set or query the auto measurement duration, ranging from 1~300
seconds.
Note: Auto measurement configuration cannot be used in manual mode.

Query Return
Returns the auto measurement time value.
<NR1>
1~300 secs.

Set the duration of the auto measurement to 2 secs.
