The paper has jammed in the stacker

When a paper jam is detected in the stacker, printing is paused, and the front panel asks you to open the
stacker cover and clear the jam by pulling out the paper.

When the stacker cover is closed and the printer detects no jammed paper, the front panel requests
confirmation to continue printing.

If you experience frequent paper jams in the stacker with specific paper types while printing low ink density
plots, activate the blue separators in the in the internal sides of the stacker pivoting cover (See

Stacker

pivoting cover separator on page 64

). Remember to deactivate them before stacking other paper types.

When printing high ink density plots, it is recommended to use paper over 80 g/m2.
