Installing a Hot-Plug SCSI Hard Disk Drive
CAUTION: Before adding or removing any hot-plug SCSI drives, consult your
operating system instructions. Failure to do so could result in loss of data or
damage to equipment.
To install a hot-plug SCSI hard drive:
1. Remove the blanking panel in an unused drive bay by pushing the side
of the retaining clip inward
, then pulling the blanking panel
outward
.

2. Push the release button on the left of the new drive and rotate the
hot-plug drive ejector lever outward to unlock the drive.
