5. Open the DIMM socket latches
, as shown in Figure 4-11.
6. Align the key slot on the bottom edge of each DIMM with the tab in the
DIMM socket.
7. Insert each DIMM directly into the socket until the module is properly
seated
.
8. Secure the DIMM by closing the socket latches
.

9. Verify that the two DIMMs inserted are both within the same bank by
observing the bank boundaries outlined on the surface of the memory
expansion board.
