Set the default copy options
You can use the administration menu to establish default settings that apply to all copy jobs. If
necessary, you can override most settings for an individual job. After that job is complete, the device
returns to the default settings.
1. From the Home screen, scroll to and touch Administration .
2. Touch Default Job Options , and then touch Default Copy Options .
3. Several options are available. You can configure defaults for all options, or for only some options.
For information about each option, see Adjust the copy settings . The built-in Help system also
provides an explanation of each option. Touch the Help button ( ) in the upper-right corner of
the screen.
4. To exit the administration menu, touch the Home button ( ) in the upper-left corner of the
screen.
