Overview of the HP EFS WAN Accelerator
Manager
The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager facilitates the essential administration tasks
for the HP system:
‹ Configuration. The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager enables you to
automatically configure new HP EFS WAN Accelerators or to send configuration
settings to appliances in remote offices. The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager
utilizes configuration objects (profiles and groups) to facilitate centralized
configuration and reporting.
‹ Monitoring. The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager provides both high-level
status and detailed statistics of the performance of HP EFS WAN Accelerators.
The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager also supports event notification.
‹ Management. The HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager enables you to start, stop,
restart, and reboot remote HP EFS WAN Accelerators. You can also schedule jobs
to send software upgrades and configuration changes to remote appliances or to
collect logs from remote HP EFS WAN Accelerators.
