From the dialog box listing, select the end device and its connected
adapter, and click Create.
The end device New Module dialog box appears.

On the General tab, edit the following data about the end device/adapter.

On the New Module dialog box in the Module Definition section, click
Change to launch the Module Definition dialog box and begin the
configuration process.

Description
Optional – description of the end device/adapter.

The IP address of the adapter.
