IP Address
Specify an IP Address which is a decimal number from 0 through
255. Consult your network administrator to obtain an IP Address.

Routing

The Routing value will most often be set to a PCL 5E, which
indicates that the Remote I/O link is attached directly to the PLC
being addressed. Choose the 5130-KA or 5130-RM selections if you
are performing transfers via a PLC-5/250 in a Pyramid Integrator
chassis.

Pushwheel

A Pushwheel must be specified when the 5130-KA module has been
selected in the Routing field. This value should match the
configuration of the PLC-5/250.

Channel

You need to specify a Channel if you select either a 5130-KA or
5130-RM module. The value in this field should be either 2 or 3 as
previously selected on the PLC-5/250.

After all parameters are set, highlight Quit and press

.

Select Modify Communications File to change the parameters
specified for the currently selected communications file. The name
of the currently selected communications file appears in the Select
Communication File field at the top of the Download or Upload
menu.

When you select Modify Communications File, the Communication
File window opens. This window contains all the settings for the
currently selected communications file, which you can modify. Note
that when you save the modifications to an existing file, you
overwrite the previous contents of that file.
