The number of invalid ordered sets received at port. This count is part of the Link Error Status Block
(LESB). (FC-PH 29.8).

The number of frames received at this port where the frame length was greater than what was
agreed to in FLOGI/PLOGI. This could be caused by losing the end of frame delimiter.

The number of frames that are less than the Fibre Channel minimum frame size of 36 bytes.
