The 61xx scale powers up in normal weighing mode
ready for weighing operations. You can access the
MENU mode by pressing SW-1 accessed from
the bottom of the scale shown in Figure 2.
61xx Switch Location
There are four modes available to you in the Menu
Mode. They are as follows:
Diagnostic Mode – Test or verify the scale functions.
Configuration Mode – Configure the scale for your
application.
Calibration Mode – Calibrate the scale. Accurate test
weights are required.
Unit’s Mode – Change between pounds or ounces
unit of measure.
The structure for these menus is shown in Figure
3. The following pages contain specific informa-
tion about each mode and step-by-step instruc-
tions for accessing them.
