Description
The 6100 series scales are used for a variety of
uses involving portion control applications and
basic weighing. The scales have ”full capacity zero.“
This will allow repeated items or ingredients to be
placed on the scale and weighed individually up
to the full capacity of the scale. This allows ingre-
dients to be portioned for building pizzas,
sandwiches, ice cream sundaes, burritos, etc.
