1. From normal weighing mode press SW-1…
“DIAG” is displayed. Press the ZERO key
until “CAL” is displayed..
2. Press the TEST key to access the Calibration
menu…
“LB,” “OUNCE,” or “GR” is displayed.
This is the unit of measure your scale was previ-
ously set at. The displayed unit of measure should
match the capacity marking on the display. Press
the ZERO key to toggle between the choices.
3. Press the TEST key to accept the unit of
measure.
The display will prompt for the capacity and
countby value. The current setting will be displayed
first. Press the ZERO key to toggle between
choices.
4. Press the TEST key to accept the capacity and
countby value.
“LOAD 0” is then displayed.
Ensure the scale is clear of all unnecessary weight
and that the scale platter is secure in proper posi-
tion. Be sure the scale is stable and free of any
outside interference.
5. Press the TEST key to set the initial calibration
zero setting. The display will flash dashes and
then...
“LOAD XX” is displayed. XX is the
selected scale capacity.
An alternate span calibration value can be
selected by pressing the ZERO key to toggle
between the choices. See Table 1.
The capacity selected
should not exceed
capacity rating on
serial tag and an
acceptable value
from the table in the
Specifications section
should be used.
