Data Storage Setting
The [Data Storage] function that can display the measurement result or change of
data storage setting, is described below.

Identifying names and functions of the data storage setting window.
Click the [Data Storage] button of the tool bar.
The same operation as above is executed by selecting [Data Storage] from [View] on the
tool bar.
The [Data Storage] window appears.
