APPENDIX A: DISPLAY MESSAGES
The tables below show all of the messages that might appear on the main
screen, along with the description and the corresponding corrective action.
Disconnect the main switch before starting any maintenance task on
the AFQ-4W filters. After the main switch has been disconnected,
wait at least 5 minutes to ensure that all the DC side capacitors and
the parallel passive filter are completely discharged.
ACTIVE FILTER STOPPED
Table 12 shows the messages that might appear on the main screen before the
AFQ-4W starts up.
NOT INITIAL CONDITIONS (Initial conditions not met)
Starting ...
Description AFQ-4W is starting
Corrective
Action
Wait until the initialisation is complete.
If the message is still displayed, check the RS-232
communications cable between the panel and the controller board.
Set Up transformer ratio
Description
The transformation ratio of the load measuring transformer is not
configured.
Corrective
Action
Check section 4.3.3.- CONFIGURATION OF PARAMETERS
to configure the transformer ratio.
MIN. Load current
Description
The load current is below the minimum limit programmed in the
AFQ-4W.
Corrective
Action
The minimum current of the AFQ-4W can be changed in section
4.3.3.- CONFIGURATION OF PARAMETERS
Mains voltage fault.
Description Mains voltage too low.
Corrective
Action
Check the input voltage of the three phases of the AFQ-4W and
the circuit breaker 1Q22.
