Switch All on Roam Away — Satellite Pools
The only automation of CPS is through a successful roam where a vessel leaves
a service area and enters another. When the Switch All on Roam Away parameter
is enabled, the roaming operation forces the system to reevaluate the bandwidth
distribution among the remaining Remotes and adjust all carriers to fully
occupy the pool.
