Recording automatically (AUTO
REC)
The unit starts and pauses recording, renews
files, and sets marks automatically depending on
the input signal level.
This function allows the unit to respond to input
sound levels and start and pause recording,
as well as set marks and create new files, for
example.
1 Press MENU to open the Menu Screen.
2 Use the + or - button to select
REC
SETTING
, and press the Á button.
REC SETTING
screen appears.
3 Use the + or - button to select the
MODE
and
press the ¯ button or Á button.
4 Use the + or - button to set the “AUTO REC” setting.
OFF
(Default): Off
REC
: Records and pauses automatically
MARK
: Sets marks automatically during recording
5 Press the  button to select the other
item.
6 Use the + or - button to select
LEVEL
and
press the ¯ button or Á button.
