4.10.2 Manual steaming
NOTICE
The advanced function Manual steaming is not programmable and,
therefore, cannot be included in the SmartMenu program memory.
→ Press the left select button (13).
The humidity in the chamber will be increased as long as the s e l e c t
bu t t o n ( 1 3 ) is pressed.
4.10.3 Setting the rest period
Requirements Unit is switched on
With the advanced cooking function Rest period, you can specify a period
during which the fan is inactive.
1. Press the right s e l e c t bu t t o n ( 6 ) to call up the menu.
2. Use C o m b i D i a l ( 9 ) to select the “Rest period” menu.
3. Set the rest period (in hours, minutes) with C o m b i D i a l ( 9 ) .
4. Press C o m b i D i a l ( 9 ) to enter further program steps.
5. Press S t a r t / S t o p ( 8 ) to start the cooking program.
While the program “Rest period” is running, the multi-function display (4)
shows:

“Pause”
●
the remaining time for all program steps
●
the active program step
●
the remaining time for the active program phase
