l MEASURED VALUE = 0.5 mbar
l For the parameter POS. INPUT VALUE you enter the
requested set value for the MEASURED VALUE, e.g.

l The parameter CALIB. OFFSET shows the resulting
pressure difference (offset) by which the MEASURED

VALUE, here: CALIB. OFFSET = 0.5 mbar -2 mbar =
-1.5 mbar)

which the MEASURED VALUE should be corrected. To
correct the MEASURED VALUE to 0 mbar, you have to
enter the value 2.2 (valid: MEASURED VALUEnew =
MEASURED VALUE
old - CALIB. OFFSET)
l MEASURED VALUE (after adjustment for calib. offset) =
0 mbar
l The current value is also corrected
