Purpose
SACNFG K Used to store the Runtime settings for the SA Host process as described in
the
Runtime Admin section. Parameters such as collection time, collection
days, CPU(s) etc. can be configured via the Runtime Admin UI and this file
will get updated accordingly.
DDAILY K Used to store the disk related information displayed in Storage Analyzer’s U
Utilization , Volumes and Physical tab. Also, it contains data used to display
Disk trends .
DSUBVOLS K Used to store the subvolume related information displayed in Storage
Analyzer’s UI
–Disk Properties and Sub Volumes tab. Also it contains data
used to display Subvolume trends .
DFRAGF K Used to store the fragmentation details of all the physical disks on the syste
which is used to display the
Fragmentation and Fragmentation trending in
Storage Analyzer.
DFRAGFA KA Meta file used to store the details about the fragmented files’ to be used
during cleanup.
DRUNLOG K Meta file used to store information about the different dates for which data
exists and the corresponding location.
DMATRIX K Meta file used to store information for displaying the Runtime Log matrix of
available data.
ALDEFDD K Used to store all the disk level alert definitions.
ALDEFFD K Used to store all the file level alert definitions
ALDEFFH * K Used to store all the hourly alert definitions
Note: The Hourly alerts are not currently being supported in Storage
Analyzer. It’s reserved for future release.
ALDEFFX K Used to store all the files to be included from file alerts
SAEXTS U Contains the filename, primary, secondary and maximum extents value
separated by at least one white-space. This is used to define the user–
specific extents values for the Work files. This file can be edited manually
to specify user-defined extent sizes.
