A – audit flag (Y/N value)
Last Modified – last file modification date
Created – file creation date
Pri. Ext – number of primary file extents (in pages).
Sec. Ext – number of secondary file extents (in pages).
Max Ext – number of maximum file extents (in pages).
Deallocatable Space – The amount of space (MB) that can be deallocated (only for
Deallocatable Files.)
Physical File –name of the physical file for logical disks, N/A for physical disks.

File format
Format 1 and 2: Format is a static attribute of a file and is
established when the files are created. Format 2 files,
introduced with the D46 release, differ from format 1 files in
these ways: larger partitions than the current 2 GB less 1 MB
format 1 file partition and larger primary keys and alternate-
key records for relative and entry sequenced files.
Corrupted File
Files that got corrupted during creation or modification.
Licensed File
Files that were licensed.
PROGID file
When a program file is run, PROGID sets the caller’s
process access ID (PAID) to the owner’s user ID of the
program file. So all the files whose access ID was changed
to the called process’s owner ID are marked as PROGID files
The PROGID option is set by the FUP SECURE command.
Audited File
In a system with the TMF, any database file can be
designated as an audited file. To help maintain database
consistency, TMF audits all transactions involving files
designated as audited files. That is, TMF maintains images
(in an audit trail) of the database changes made by those
transactions. If necessary, TMF can use the audit trail later to
back out failed transactions or to restore audited files that
some system failure has rendered inconsistent.
File Partitions
Refers to the number of disks across which a file is split.
Extents
Physical space is allocated in the form of extents. An extent
is a contiguous block of disk space that can range in size
from a single page (2048 bytes) to 65,535 pages
(134,215,680 bytes) for format 1 files or to 536,870,912
pages for format 2 files.
