Users can trend the following disk attributes:

 Used (GB) – storage used (GB) on the disk

(Physical files only)

 Free (GB) – unused storage (GB) on the disk

(Physical files only)

 Fragmentation Free – number of fragments in the Free space on the disk (Physical files only)
 Files Count – number of files on the disk (Physical files only)
 Over 90% Count – number of 90% - 99% full files on the disk
 100% Count – number of full files on the disk
 Corrupt Count – number of corrupt files on the disk
 Licensed Count number of licensed files on the disk
 PROGID Count – number of PROGID’d files on the disk
 Audited Count – number of audited files on the disk
 New Count – number of files created on the disk between 0000 hrs and the start time of the

collection.

 New Licensed Count – number of newly licensed files on the disk since the last collection

(calculated by comparing the current collection’s licensed file list with the previous collection’s
licensed file list)

 New PROGID Count – number of newly PROGID’d files on the disk since the last collection

(calculated by comparing the current collection’s PROGID file list with the previous collection’s
PROGID file list)

 Old Count – number of old files on the disk (files unopened for specified number of days in

“Older than” field during

Runtime Configuration

)

 Unused Count – number of unused files on the disk (file never opened)
 Reload Count – number of reload file candidates on the disk (files with index level criteria

specified in the Index Levels field during

Runtime Configuration

)

 Deallocate Count – number of deallocatable Enscribe files on the disk.

Selecting an attribute will draw the line graph for the selected disk(s). The graph legend displays the
name of the selected disk (s). Users can click on the “eye” icon next to the sub volume name to
remove that sub volume from the graph and the icon will change. Clicking on it will display the disk
again. The same information is displayed in the form of a table below the graph.
