2-2-7 Uninstallation of Storage Analyzer

NonStop Storage Analyzer (when installed manually) can be uninstalled by running RMVSA from
the SA installation sub volume.

It removes NonStop Storage Analyzer from Web ViewPoint by updating the WVPCONF,
WVPMENU, STRTWVP and STOPWVP files.

2-2-7-1 Overview

To uninstall NonStop Storage Analyzer, user will need to FTP just one file, RMVSA which is
located in the CD under \WS_SW\Manual\Binary and follow the procedure described below. This
is the only way to uninstall Storage Analyzer.

Note: If manual installation was used, RMVSA must be already present in the same $volume.sub
volume along with the installation files. If Wizard Install was used then the file needs to be
transferred manually as it is not transferred automatically by the wizard to the SA install Sub
volume.
