Overhead Transparencies
Overhead transparencies used in HP LaserJet 6P/6MP printers must be
able to withstand the 392° F (200° C) temperature encountered in the
printer’s fusing process.
C a u t i o n Use only overhead transparencies recommended for use in laser printers,
such as HP transparency film.
To purchase transparencies, consult your HP authorized dealer or see
“Accessories and Ordering Information” starting on page 2-20.
Transparency Guidelines
•
Print transparencies from Tray 1.
•
Use the top output tray for transparencies.
•
To avoid transparency curl, remove the transparency as it comes out
of the printer and set it on a flat surface to cool.
•
To avoid transparencies sticking together, remove any transparencies
in the output tray before printing another transparency.
