1. Key on.
2. Using a PC-based or
Hand-held Diagnostic
Tool, confi rm the
vehicle is confi gured for
a Left, Right, or Both
Side Sensor(s).
1. Key on.
2. Place a moving target 2
to 10 feet (0.61-3 m)
from but directly in
front of the Side
Sensor.
If properly confi gured
If not properly confi gured
If the Side Sensor Display
indicates that a target is
detected
If the Side Sensor Display
does not indicate a target
is present
Go to Step B.
Using a PC-based or Hand-held
Diagnostic Tool, place the Side
Sensor option(s) in the “yes”
position. Go to Step V.
Test complete.
Go to Step C.
