27. Center the heat shrink tubing (2) over the solder joint and
heat using a heat gun. Heat the joint until the tubing is
tightly sealed and sealant (1) comes out of both ends of
the tubing.
28. With the passenger seat on the bench, unclip the
heated seat module (HSM) and reroute the HSM and
wiring harness as shown.
29. Secure the HSM and wire harness to the seat frame.
30. Install the passenger seat to the vehicle and connect
the electrical connector (3).
31. Install the front passenger seat bolts (4).

Tighten to 40 N·m (30 ft. lbs.).
32. Connect the battery negative cable.
33. Place the seat in the full forward position.
34. Install the rear passenger seat bolts (2).
a.
Tighten to 40 N·m (30 ft. lbs.).
35. Install the seat belt anchor bolt.
a.
Tighten to 39 N·m (29 ft. lbs.).
36. Install the seat belt anchor cover (1).
37. Place the seat in the full rearward position.
