17. Route and secure the Wi-Fi power harness from rear
quarter panel, along the passenger side and under-
neath the door sill scuff plate.
18. Route and secure the power harness under the glove
box and behind the center stack.
NOTE: Do not use the power outlet wiring for the Wi-Fi
Router.
19. Locate the cigarette lighter outlet wiring harness.
20. Splice the supplied fused pigtail (2) into the cigarette
lighter power wire and in series with the Wi-Fi power
harness.
21. Remove 13 mm (0.5 in.) of insulation from each wire
that needs to be spliced.
22. Place a piece of adhesive lined heat shrink tubing on
one side of the wire. Make sure the tubing will be long
enough to cover and seal the entire repair area.
23. Place the strands of wire overlapping each other in-
side of the splice clip (1).
24. Using crimping tool (1), Mopar p/n 05019912AA or
equivalent, crimp the splice clip and wires together.
